When you use SETTLED, you may provide personal information including your name, address, and details about your dispute situation. This information is used solely to generate your requested document. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, browser type) to improve the platform.
Information you provide is used to: (a) generate your requested document via AI processing; (b) process your payment through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure; (c) improve our document generation quality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. SETTLED does not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Content you enter to generate documents is transmitted to our AI processing service to generate your letter. We recommend not including highly sensitive information beyond what is necessary for your document.
Session data and document content are not permanently stored by SETTLED beyond what is necessary to deliver your product. Generated documents are available for download immediately after purchase.
